Intramurals are sports activities that are open to students, faculty, and staff of 蘑菇视频. Nighthawk Intramurals offer experiences that supplement the lives of the 蘑菇视频 community through distinction in sport, adventure, and play. 蘑菇视频 is committed to advancing student success, developing leaders, and enhancing lifelong wellness.
Currently offered are Men's Flag Football, Women's Flag Football, Co-Ed Volleyball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball and Co-Ed 3v3 Soccer are offered.
- The intramural season runs from September through April.
Other one time events include Dodgeball, Whiffle Ball and Video Gaming.

After creating an account, you can join a sport of choice one of three ways:
- Create a Team (for team captains) - Captains can invite members to their team by clicking "Team Options" and then "Invite Members" link on the team page.
- Join a team - Find existing teams and request to join or accept a request from a captain.
- Join as a free agent - You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you would like.
